Attempt at composite video from Atari 400 16K computer... Need help

I found a simple S-Video mod that I have applied to all my Atari 400s. It works fine; it was on some Atari forum, can't find it now (must have been 8 years ago or so I archived this). I am attaching the screenshot.

    Gotek vs Lotharek

Right, I am aware of that. That's mostly because I am using a PCB as drive select switcher / router that was originally designed for the Amstrad CPC, which only supported 2 drives ;-) Personally, I don't need more. There is probably something more appropriate available, but that's what I did ~6...

    Gotek vs Lotharek

Being able to emulate two drives with one Lotharek HxC device is a real game changer IMHO. Especially on a Model 1. I have this contraption consisting of 2 5.25" and a Lotharek HxC. I can then use the DIP switches to use it in 4 configurations: use both physical floppy drives, use floppy for 0...

California PicoRAM 6116 - SD Card Interface and SRAM Emulator for the Microprofessor:79.99$

Hi Stuart, I would, be unfortunately I am currently out of PCBs and parts... btw, it's super easy to order Gerbers! Just go to JLCPCB.com and hit the upload button. Gerbers are on the Github: https://github.com/lambdamikel/picoram6116/blob/main/gerbers/PicoRAM6116-Gerbers.zip If you still...

Model 100 gone bad - AD3 bad, don't know what's bogging it down

Yeah, so the multimeter resistance test didn't reveal anything... I socketed all the RAM chips... it's not the RAM either :-( Moving on to the UART.

Model 100 gone bad - AD3 bad, don't know what's bogging it down

Right. So, it's actually one capture of AD3 (the "bad one"), and another good signal (ADx, x != 3, I forgot, just for contrast). AD3 always looks like this - no full swing, unlike the other ADx lines. Thank you very much, these are great tips! I'll see what I can do.

Model 100 gone bad - AD3 bad, don't know what's bogging it down

Dear Model 100 Experts, my Model 100 keeps breaking... it was running quite well for a bit, but now it fails to boot altogether. The crystal is good, and voltage rails are good - VDD at 4.96 V and VEE at - 4.88. The machine is definitely trying to boot - lots of activity on the AD bus, but it...

    Model 100 M2 and/or M23 likely gone bad - modern substitutes?

Hi all, turns out AD3 output of M2 is bad... which is a TC40H245P! Either this, or other further downstream chips gone bad (e.g., AD3 in M23, 40H244P). I can't find these chips - can we replace them with 74HCxxx variants? Thanks!

    Model III / 4 - LDOS Terminal / VT100 Emulator Program wanted

Just a follow-up and conclusion: so 19200 is way too fast for FTII / the M4. It can't keep up with that. In my experiments I needed to reduce the baud rate all the way down to 4800. Which of course raises the question on how to do that, given that Model 100 CP/M doesn't have a straight-forward...
