Data I/O Logic Programmer type 60a

Hello,

Last weekend I collected this Data I/O Logic Programmer type 60a (or 60-A) from an old Barn near Bastogne - Belgium. The problem: I have no idea how to operate it. Of course I looked for a manual on internet but the only "manual" I can find is a four page advertisement brochure like this one on bitsavers.org.

Any URL or other pointer is very welcome!

Is there anything like that for the Bytek S15? Without a chip type list it is useless. I even disassembled the ROM, and there are no text strings for the chips.
