Hi everyone, I got that old 4MB memory expansion card and I try to identify for what machine it works with. The only thing I know is that it is for Toshiba laptop. It looks like memory expansion card for T1900/T4500/T4600 series but the connector is not the same (holes in 2 lines for those, holes in one line for that card). Any information you could have is welcome :) Thanks.

Thats for an early pentium toshiba laptop, i have one that is 8 and other is 32mb. Ill guess thats an early 486 due to 1 row of pins. Cards I have are 2 rows, so early pentium.

looks like a type 1 pcmcia card (but missing the second row of pins for some reason). My compaq LTE lite 4/33c had a memory expansion port similar to that which i put a kingston 16mb card in boosting the total ram to 20mb.

I have a couple of such memory cards as well. They are not PCMCIA, even if they look similar. Those with one row of pins should be 16-bit, those with two rows are 32-bit. The later ones are used e.g. in the Compaq LTE Lite 4, as noted by VERAULT. I have such a card in my LTE Lite 4/25c, too.
