Screen Size, Vintage Compaq Laptop, running DOS 6.2; plus looking for expanded RAM

Noted below are two essentially identical Compaq 1125 Armada laptops. Both are running DOS 6.2 and an old word processing program, PFSWrite. Both machines boot from DOS, not from Windows. One runs PFSWrite at full screen, one has a reduced screen. I used the same 3.5" floppies to load both DOS 6.2 and PFSWrite. Can anyone tell me how I can get the small screen on the one computer to be like the large size on the other? The Alt-Enter doesn't work as the machine is booted right into DOS. Also, I am looking to buy expanded RAM if anyone has that for sale. Many thanks, Jim Schrager
