Seeking docs for 1992 Dell Dimension NL25 386 laptop

I have a Dell NL25 "Dimension" laptop that I purchased back in 1993. I would like to try to revive it if I can. I think that the battery and charger are kaput, but otherwise it may be OK. I would have a good chance of success if I had some technical specs. Does it have a bios battery? Where? Why does the charger have 4 pins - two grounds, one "charging" 22V, and one 22V "output"? What type of connector is that, anyway?

You get the idea - any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Bios battery is inside the machine, so have to take it apart to get to it. Usually they are heat shrunk, so might be lucky. On other hand the main battery is nicad, so remove it asap! Do not try to charge it!

Couldnt find much on documentation, but did find a review of it in my byte collection! Here is a link to the issue...
