Thank you 20goto10 for the links. I was unaware of the update to th99. I will investigate them fully.
Thank you ajacocks for giving them a proper place.
For those not aware. That impossible task of updating and fixing the errors in it has started over at
https://www.ultimateretro.net. So far we have only motherboards. New features include a searchable database, BIOS images, manuals, and a chip set database based off my encyclopedia. I am working on moving the encyc over to the new site, where it will be a little more user friendly.
We are working on interface cards and disks but it will be a while before we get there.
There are A LOT of errors in th99. We are working on getting each motherboard to have the correct chipset but there are still a sizable few that are unidentified. So if you search for 430NX, I can't guarantee ALL will show up. There were originally about 5,000 motherboards, we now have about 10,000. Not every motherboard has jumper settings, sometimes they can't be found. One thing that is solid is the number of slots. We went through all the motherboards identifying how many slots and type they are. Using this feature alone you can usually find the motherboard in about 20 matches, instead of 500 pictures.
