While looking for support on my Mtrox Rainbow Runner I doscovered that it came bundled with a videoconferencing app called VDOPhone.
A few google searches later and I discovered this was the program I had been searching for on and off for the last two years. So as long as you have a 33.6k modem you can do an H.324 call to ANY regular Videophone (like the AT&T 2500 which is one of the most common videophones around).
Unfortunately it appears that I can't find it anywhere on the internet these days aside from one shady site that says the latest version, 3.3, was released in 2010 and it's still a hot download and freedownloadcenter.com which says it's shareware (and version 3.5 as of 1998 ) but can be bought for $100 by clicking on a dead link.

It's been a while since your post but did you ever managed to find a copy of VDOPhone ?

I still have not. :(

Edited: Holy crap, I posted this a decade ago? I swear I posted this a year or two ago.
Anyways yeah. Even today I've still been unable to find anything. It's even worse now because Google assumes you are searching "Vodafone"

VDOPhone also came bundled with the Matrox Marvel G200-TV (and probably some other of their cards). In both cases, however, it was just a trial version.

No time to download and test myself, but try this:

ftp://78.46.141.148/driver/Matrox/marvel_g200_with_dvd/

This is the driver disc for both the Marvel G200 and Marvel G200-TV. It should include the software bundled with the cards.
