I've got this Eduquest 45 with a fairly rare Genesis PC Pentium board with battery leakage that needs to be repaired. I'd prefer it if it was someone relatively local to me, but I am willing to ship the board if that's not possible.

You need to get that battery off the board now, don't just leave it there to get worse. Use some side cutters to cut it off.

There's lots of loose corrosion as well, use a toothbrush and alcohol to get it off the board.

I'm in TX if you can't find anyone to look at the board to try and fix the damage. It'll be a couple of weeks before I'll be able to look at it though because I'm in the middle of a big project currently.
 
If it were mine, I'd immediately remove the battery and soak the board overnight in 50% diluted vinegar, followed by distilled water soak.
