How do you use the Line In on the SoundBlaster 2.0, as a passthrough device?

I want to hook up another computer to the line in, so I can use the same computers without building a mixer/switchbox for it..

I had a radio hooked up like that once. The only thing I did was plug it into the port and unmute line in with the computers own mixer. Shouldn't be that hard. This was windows though. I know you do Mac OS, not sure about the OS Side of things there.

well the soundblaster is in my DOS XT, which is where my mixer would be for this case.. thing is, it has non...

if there is no mixer software available, it should be pretty simple to make a small program to unmute the line in in C, BASIC, or whatever else you want to use. just have to send the card a little bit of data.

it doesn't have a mixer with the driver and utility disk.. all it comes with is sbmidi, sbfmdrv, the parrot, and CMF and MIDI players..
