Big howdies and Yeehas from Wichita, KS!
Here's how I arrived here:

I had decided to sell my trusty, nearly perfect IBM PC Model 5150 with Quadram card, original keyboard, and 5153 color monitor, but I had no idea what it was worth, so I Googled around all afternoon and was eventually directed to the ad archive section of this site, circa 2003. That wasn't quite as fresh as I had hoped for, but imagine my great surprise and delight, when I discovered that this is an actual, working website, and the most impressive one I've seen yet for these great artifacts!

I still have no clue of the value, but maybe someone would like to venture a guess, or, better yet, tender an offer. Maybe we'll meet here, or wherever; I'm just glad to be here! May the Good Lord take a likin' to ya!

Hello and welcome to the forums!

Your machine sounds quite a bit like my first computer down to the Quadram card! :)

There have been a few posts about PC values around here but, in the broadest terms, yours is going to be worth somewhere between about $25 and $100 or so depending on what you've got (manuals, software, etc,) how it looks, how it works and so on.

Ultimately shipping tends to be the biggest issue with these boxes since they are heavy.

Best of luck!
