I have enough components now to fill up at least a Digital half rack (biege colored and rounded corners) so I'm on the hunt for a rack after I lost the first rack (first come, first serve, and at a low budget volunteer recycler, racks go fast).
If I can't find the rack mentioned, I'm willing to go for a full rack (black with a colorful banner at the top).
The big exception is that you gotta be in the BC lower mainland with a few exceptions if you live in Washington state. Everywhere else is too far and it's too expensive to ship a dismantled rack.
 
You know, I would really like to see someone make some high quality scans of the "flashy" PDP-11 and PDP-8 header plates at the top of the H970 racks. It would be easy to do, just take it off your rack, and put it on a B-size color scanner. Then (howsoever fake) people could make reproductions. I would certainly make one of each!

I have a spare pdp 11 header plate if you or anyone here wants to make an offer for it, or trade something. I can't find a picture of it, but it's one of those I guess 15" by 2-3" things that says pdp 11 on it.
 
I'm very interested now in one (or two?). How rough are they? Are you not able to supply or email photos?
