IBM Personal Computer 5150 w/ 5153 color display and IBM PC keyboard

Hi, I'm selling a IBM Personal Computer 5150 w/ 5153 color display and IBM PC keyboard. The computer boots up as seen in the image below, but I don't know much else as I don't know how to use DOS. I also have no clue what hardware it has. The boxes they're in are rather dirty as they've been in the garage for 20 years, but the PC itself looks fine.
