Hey there

I was cleaning out a family members home, and I stumbled across this TRS 80 II, and a Tandyvision gaming system with 20 games:
What are their approximate value if they work, or if they don't work? Thanks! :)

*EDIT*

I'm from British Columbia, Canada
I'm going to try and start it up in the next few days.. but that's what I was wondering, what would its value be if it *worked*, and what would its value be if it *didn't work*

Thanks Chrome, I think after I try starting it up, I'll post and on CL and see what I can get

And Eudimorphodon, I actually found an Intellivision with this group of things :p But I'll see what I can get with the games, just a matter of finding out if they all work or not. Thanks :)

You don't provide much info. Where are you located? A lot depends on whether or not the Model II and/or the gaming system actually works. Some would buy it just for parts. Do you have any manuals/software for the Model II? Check Ebay and Craig's List.

IMO the Model II in working condition at least $100.00 plus. Shipping would be about $50.00 or more depending on carrier. Non-working maybe 30.00 to 50.00 but only a guess. The video game I have never seen. So I have no idea.

TandyVision is a relabled Mattel Intellivision, so I imagine it would go for about whatever the going rate of those is. I'd suggest looking at recently closed auctions on eBay to get a ballpark figure. (A casual search seems to suggest "not that much", but with all the games and accessories you have you might get a hundred or so for the bundle. There are of course the perpetual eBay store types that price similar bundles for "$499 buy it now!" but I wouldn't call that the "going rate" unless you're very patient.)

I'd be interested in purchasing the Model II. I'm in BC as well so maybe we could avoid shipping. I'm in the lower-mainland but have relatives in other parts of the province who may be nearby.
