At&t pc6300 bios v1.43

A request for the 1.43 BIOS for the AT&T PC6300 was made a few days ago.

Here it is--three files: Full (16KB) Odd (8KB) Even (8KB)

Thanks, when I find some proper EPROMs I'll try and upgrade one of the 2 I've got, don't want to flash over the originals, and all I can find so far is a tube of 27C64A's (and it has M5L2764K's).

Same-o, same-o as far as the circuitry is concerned, I think. Probably any 8KB JEDEC E/EPROM would work just fine. As long as they work with your programmer, you should be good.
