SCSI Terminating Resistors - Remove, or not?

I have a Trantor T128 ISA SCSI adapter, with devices connected to both the internal and external headers. As with similar cards, there are three terminator resistor packs located near the internal header. Unlike some of these other devices, however, the resistor packs on the T128 were not designed to be removeable.

Common sense would suggest that these resistor packs ought to be removed in a configuration such as mine, but the manual mentions nothing of the sort, and, at the same time, I haven't encountered any issues (that I'm aware of) that would necessarily merit their removal.

Thoughts?
