At All Things DOS i am working to build our gallery of computer history, stories, and pictures Currently we have a TRS-80 Model 4 (needing repair) TRS-80 CoCo (working) and a Tandy 1000 EX (with a bad floppy)I have just started to build these pages, not much is done yet view my start at http://allthingsdos.com/trs-images/.

my goal is to build a page like this http://allthingsdos.com/macintosh-m000/ for each system. I am hoping I can get some help with pictures, stories, etc. from anyone who has an old TRS-80 or Tandy system to add to our website.

Thanks in advance to anyone who is willing to share.

Neat site!

I'd remove the comments about "DOS" mice in the Macintosh article, that may just confuse readers into thinking that a serial mouse is somehow compatible with 128k/512k/Plus Macs, and they are not in any way shape or form! If you need to, just say the mouse used a DB-9 connector and leave it at that.

You may want to add that the 128k and early 512k "Fat" Macs used a 3.5" 400k floppy disk, and were the first to use this new Sony drive mechanism in a high-volume application. Later 512k and Mac Plus models used the new 800k mechanism, which was backwards-compatible. This, and all other Mac floppy drives featured a unique power-eject mechanism, where the OS controlled disk eject.

Good stuff!
