Well, I found what I was looking for.
Very nice old/retro looking case
Now, I need to find out how to bring back the nice color of the panel.
I've read that using H2O2 and UV light brings back original color on old PC plastic panels...

Shudder...
Leave it faded. That is its native state and who knows what future problems will be caused by this stuff. One does not polish the patina off an antique.
