Hello everyone,
you know this feeling, when you want to desperately find something, but there's no clue whatsoever..
I'm looking for the MOD-Tracker and the accompanying modules (.MOD files) that came with the first Sound Blaster cards in 1989 or 1990. I liked one of these modules so much, I'm getting wet eyes even thinking about it..
The only thing I know for sure, is that the files came on 5,25" floppy disks with 360 KB each (because my XT back then had this kind of drive built in).
One of the disks contained three or four (maybe some more) .MOD files, with names I can't recall. Additionally, there was some player executable that could play these files. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it was a player only - no tracker functionality. The usual four channels, pretty impressive sound back then...
I've scourged the Vogons Vintage Driver Disks for the Soundblaster cards, but there are no MOD-Files.
Can anybody help me?
