Rev 1 Apple II board value?

Well.. I got my answer on the Rev 1.. $485.00. Could have gotten it but am holding my firepower for the Rev 0.. which I assume will easily be double that. Man.. this hobby is getting expensive!

Expensive? Nah, mac stuff just has a bizarre cult following like the Amiga people, only less feral. There's still plenty of amazing deals and collection additions hiding out there.

Now has to buy the ROM's. Gee, all of a sudden a bunch of Integer ROM's went up for sale $45 US each ... Money grabbin' b______s

I'm kind of hoping over time to collect one each of the major revisions. I've got 02, 04, 04 (black slot) and 07. 01's don't come up very often unfortunately. I bet that one is destined for one of those lower SN apple II cases that went recently.

Anyone want to take any gentlemen's bets on what the Rev 0 will command?

Very hard to say. It could go for more if there's still guys itching for that Rev 1, or the guy with money to burn who bought the Rev 1 wants a Rev 0.

Or it could go for less because the Rev 1 went for so much.

I'm assuming being a later (78) Rev 0 it wouldn't be worth quite as much as the earliest ones with the light green slots. I'm just wondering if it could command $2000+. There was a guy on another forum that had a light green slot board they managed to sell for around $3k I think privately.
