Does anyone have any dos drivers for the 512x32 number nine board, they would be -prep8.exe, prep32.exe, init8.exe, init32.exe. The board these drivers work with came out in 1985. I found one of these boards still brand new but no driver disk.

I know this is a quite old thread, and I write this just in case the OP still checks these forums now and then.

Just recently I was able to salvage these drivers mentioned from Number Nine's old website using the Wayback machine. Of the drivers I managed to obatin were PREP8.EXE, PREP32.EXE, SETUP.EXE (+SETUP.DAT), INIT.EXE, DEMO.EXE and NTSC32.EXE. I also got a general price-list with product numbers and specs.

I haven't tested these drivers with my cards yet, but I see that the product numbers in the list differs somewhat from the cards I have (unless I'm looking at the serial numbers). In the case anyone has any of the Revolution graphics cards, may you please confirm that the cards I have ( http://www.oldibmpc.sitesled.com/Expansion cards/Number 9 Computer Company.html ) are indeed cards in the Revolution series?

It has been years since i visited this site, just curious if you were ever able to fully initialize your revolution boards with those drivers from the wayback machine, i have 2 of the revolution boards from 1986, the setup program reports that the memory is ok for both, and if i init the boards there is activity but the screen is always trashed as tho there is a conflict or wrong sync parameters, this happens in a 486 and also a 286, monochrome board the only other graphics board used, to bad that the revolution setup disk 1 and 2 mentioned on the wayback machine cannot be downloaded as i bet the init32 and init8 files are on those disks, if by chance the person who posted the above in 2011 reads this a reply would be most appreciated.
