I found a better picture of the Siemens drive with both index and WP sensors visible. Also it does seem that the Wangco and Siemens variants have slightly different PCB layouts.
That dump is from my card, but it looks to be the same as the one on minus' site although I have not done an exact comparison. Here is a picture of my card.
Here is the ROM dump. I've never actually tested this card so no guarantee. The dump says it's DTK which is different than the 530D that minus zero degrees has. EDIT: The 2nd Rom on the list is DTK.

It is interesting that you could only get that disk to work. I did make some disks for someone a few months back and that was the only disk that they could get working as well. Maybe there are just a bunch of bad disk images out there.
