    AlphaMicro Systems AM1000, AM1200, & maybe AM100L drive replacement

Hi Mike - We corresponded a bit a year or so ago on your AM100 emulator package.... Anyway - I still haven't gotten my AM1200 to boot - as the SCSI/SASI circuitry is FUBAR, but curbie has been helping me. I DO have my AM1400 running on a SCSI2SD and it works flawlessly. I currently have it...

CP/M-68K: Searching the DRI CBASIC (CB68) Basic compiler manual

Just4Fun - did you ever find a CBASIC manual for CB68? I'm trying to figure out the command line "toggles" - they don't appear to be the same as the CB86 manual...

    AlphaMicro Systems AM1000, AM1200, & maybe AM100L drive replacement

With a 64G SD card I can store a lot of platters of stuff... Nice to have an easy way to swap bootable systems, etc. I do have alphaC up and running - I may port over Mike Noel's AM100 emulator. Would be kind of crazy to have an alpha micro emulating an earlier alpha micro... haha

    AlphaMicro Systems AM1000, AM1200, & maybe AM100L drive replacement

OK, just wanted to update this thread on my latest SCSI->SD exploration on the AM1400... I ordered the ZULU 1.1 board from inertial computing: https://store.inertialcomputing.com/ZuluSCSI-V1-1-p/zuluscsi-v1.1-rev-2022c.htm FWIW, I ordered the add-ons: Floppy-Style Berg Power Connector and the...

    AlphaMicro Systems AM1000, AM1200, & maybe AM100L drive replacement

First, you could try sending it to jubjub07@protonmail.com - maybe they have different detectors - sorry for the hassle. I can unpack just about any archive format. I have windows, linux, and mac machines here, as well as reproductions of PDP-11, PDP-8, Altair 8800, IMSAI 8080 ... Google...

    AlphaMicro Systems AM1000, AM1200, & maybe AM100L drive replacement

Little status update: 1. AM1400 running great with the SCSI->SD 5.0 card... 2. I ordered another card from the inertial computing - they're newest ZULU 1.1 board that is the next generation SCSI->SD... I hope to use it to get the AM1200 up and running. 3. I popped the Boot Proms out of the...

    AlphaMicro Systems AM1000, AM1200, & maybe AM100L drive replacement

There’s reference to the AMOS instruction set manual, but haven’t found it on line. I did find the Assembly Language Programmer’s manual. I also found a pdf of a book on the 680x0 instruction set by Bob Fowler and Stan Kelly-Bootle, 2 old AM fans… so I’m sure I can manage. IIRC the AMs have...

    AlphaMicro Systems AM1000, AM1200, & maybe AM100L drive replacement

That one looks good. The ones I downloaded from Manualzilla had random missing pages (I'd guess 20% or more). Thanks. I found a LOT of manuals in the internet archive that are all good. Still missing the Assembler manual and instruction set manual from the 680x0 era... which seems weird, but...

Here's the search I did on Internet Archive that turned up a lot of stuff: https://archive.org/search.php?query=AMOS+Monitor+Calls&sin=TXT Here's what I downloaded so far:

Not from Bitsavers as far as I can tell - Bitsavers has a lot of AM100 stuff, but nothing new (that I could find, could be mistaken) - I've looked there before. Maybe we should post all this new stuff up there. I'm mainly looking for AMOSL 1.3 and newer... the "Bad" versions I found were on...
