Capacitors burn when I turn on my 5170
I’ve got a IBM 5170, when I turn on the power, first a capacitor burned out on the HDD/FDD controller. I removed the card, turned on the PC again, than a capacitor burned on the IO card.
Does this mean the power supply is bad, or are they just old/bad...
I've just bough a IBM 5160 64-265KB motherboard of ebay, its replacing the two defective 256-650KB motherboards I had. The new board boots fine with it's original 256KB.

I've recently got a IBM ps/2 model 70, it has a 80386 @ 20mhz. I stil had a 25 mhz CPU, I've put it in, and it's working, but it says it's still running @ 20mhz.
