    Macrium Reflect for anything modernish and Acronis TrueImage (2010 etc, not recent) for XP and prior. You'll need an older version for anything pre-PAE (Pentium III and earlier).

    Amstrad PCW 9512

    I've just been through a similar path with a PCW9512+. The 9512 was launched with the (standard for Amstrad) 3" drive, but the later 9256 and 9512+ came with (standard for everyone else) 3.5" drives at 720k. The 720k PCW images are availble to download and you can write them on Windows 2K/XP PC...

    Thansk Geoff, and Idkraemer. I now have a Windopws 2000 Pro machine writing floppies using SAMDisk and it's working great. I've manged to create a CP/M boot disk and a Locoscript 4.11 disk that are both functional :) Thanks everyone who contributed..I can now begin to explore the PCW...

    I think until relatively recently Locomotive Software was active and so it's not considered abondonware? Not totally sure though...
