I have sent this problem to someone who is staying touch with the developer of this laptop.

These issues have been eliminated. The eprom (incorrectly written as eeprom) model is M27C256-12F1. Codes 01 to 04 have appeared, but still stopped at 05.

I downloaded the Award BIOS from minusdegreeszero.net and burned it in EEPROM 27C256. However, it didn't display anything, POST code is 05. But I can boot it using the original bios of type 1, what should i check next? Thanks!

It is 64-256KB board with an expansion card. It showed “Found RAM: 576 KB” in Ruud’s ROM.
