Yes, the CF Card is recognized by the adapter (correct name). I checked and the correct command to clean all the disk (0 to avery byte of it) is CLEAN ALL, as you wrote. After this operation, I was able to start FDISK (without /MBR, as asked), but the XT still freezes when selecting the option...
