Ok it seems that it was caused by some TSR program. When I booted from floppy disk, results was near identical to IBM PC. On Norton Sysinfo score was 1.0, Checkit - 1.00 and 1.01. On the MIPS was little differences, but overall score was 1.00.

Both programs were run on Compaq. IBM PC in Norton Sysinfo is default comparison as 1.0, on Checkit its 1.00
