Hey Hey Hey
40+ with ADHD, I spend a lot of time messing with Emulators, particularly MsDos & Win3x for the past 20 years, Ultimately taking a Pause for a few months and Forgetting Everything until I decide to start over again.

Over the Years I've had the Fascination of making the Ultimate Win3x setup, Fully updated with Win32s, WinG, etc...
I for some Odd reason in my mind have Never seen a Fully Updated WinFWG 3.11 Install Set, or Homemade ISO, like people have been making like Madd with Win9x or WinXP Customer ISOs.

I could install Win3x on DOS and not have anything to worry about updating besides Drivers & Games/Software that I would like.

I also like to go the other route and Install Win95 OSR2.5, but use Program.EXE as the GUI, this allows me to use DX7 for my 5 NES or 5 SNES Parallel Port Controller Mod using the DPadPro Driver.

But It's just Not the Same; Still want to Achieve Win3x Complete: I was always the hardware nerd, I never could wrap my brain around programming more than batch menus for my games lol.

Has anyone stumbled upon something like this that I have somehow possibly never found in the past 20 years?
This all stems from my first IT job in 2k3, where I had a Storage Room full of P1/P2/P3 Machines at my Disposal for parts lol.

I was not even aware there was updates or patches for Windows 3.1. I just thought there was 3.11.

Kind of a different time back then pre-internet. You shipped a buggy product you expected to see it in sales because having to release fixes or direct people to a BBS required considerably more logistics and end-user training. Even when DOS 6 had the problem with Double Space causing file corruption that was a very costly fix.

Fully updated with Win32s, WinG, etc...
These are hardly updates, but additions for running some 32-bit stuff with accelerated graphics. They make Win3.1 quite unstable, so if you need to run early 32-bit Windows games, better use Win95 in the first place.

There were indeed some real updates for Windows 3.1x, like the Euro update, Video for Windows, and OLE32 (which relies on Win32s).

100% but my brain for some reason is thinking this in more of the "Win 3.x Plus Pack!" way I guess, Same with later\NT versions of Windows, I knew it was risky, but I enjoyed finding NT Roll-Up packs or Win 2k UnOfficial Sp5: I would test them on my Dummy 486DX4 - P3 Boxes to see what I would end up with.

I've never been one for Programming, my brain can't process it: I thought I was a Gen!ous when I not only figured out how to make my own Batch Menus in MsDos 5/6.22, but then later found the ASCII Key-Strokes to give my menus that extra FLAIR!

I would like to attempt learning Atari 7800 BASIC to Program something for my First Console: Still have it.
But while playing the past 2 weeks at work with 86Box, I Installed I believe Vis.Basic 3 on 3.11, I might in the future, try and make a "Win 3.x Update Installer"...
Could make it with a File Structure for the User to find listed update *.EXEs supported and dropped them in their respective Folders. When the User Installs/Runs my made-up program, it could scan the Local File Stucture for key files: DLLs, EXE Compile Dates, etc.. and show a list with Radial Boxes listing the Updates Avail for choosing, and maybe Red X's or Green $ for Installed/Up-to-date...

Ok My brains' fried.... time for Bed.
Thanks for the Reply's
