I have model 3 Id like to fix and bring to the swap meet in june. Does anyone have a 3d printed bracket for a gotek? My plan is to have one real floppy drive and one gotek on the machine. I dont own a 3D printer so I am looking to buy.

The drives in a model 3 are just full-height 5.25 drives, same as an IBM PC/XT and so many other computers.

Nothing Tandy specific about the physical form factor so you can find adapters on ebay and the like easily enough.

My own machine (now gone) was a stock SSDD drive, then a half height DSDD drive, and a gotek in a 5.25" adapter.

Im aware of what they are. But I dont have a 3d printer and was looking for someone to print it and sell it to me.

I had a friend print mine but can't ask again. You could go to a local maker space for instant turnaround, or to an online service like Xometery or Shapewyas or Craftcloud.

I printed this bracket pair on Thingiverse. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4731543 The latest GoTek seems to be on a smaller form factor so the fit wasn't perfect, but I got it to fit eventually.

Makerspace isnt an option. And online3d printing services are absurdly expensive. Again. Id be looking for someone here with a printer to do it.. but i dont even have stl files.

One other crazy idea. One of our local county public libraries actually has a small 3D printer available for general use. This particular library could only print pretty small parts. But it might be worth checking. LA Public Library actually has this bigger one. Have never looked into using it: https://www.lapl.org/labs/octavia-lab/3d-printing. "Maximum charge is $10."

Thanks but thats not an option either. I already said I'm looking for a member with a printer whos willing to do this for a fee. Thats it. cut and dry.

Wish I would have seen this yesterday. I just ordered a Kaypro Keyboard cable from you @VERAULT on fleabay as a finishing touch on my Kaypro II...

Anyway, this floppy adapter is based on this design...
Someone else on the forums here has done an amazing job working to match the texture of the original drives, see this thread here...
Mine is just straight up 3D printed in black with a 0.2mm build height, so the texture on the front is not very pretty, and the GoTek is flush too the front of the drive adapter (function over form on this 3D print). I'll send you a PM if this will work for you.
