8" Floppy Drive REMEX RFD 2000 repairs

Dear all,

unfortunately, both of my REMEX 8" Floppy Drives http://www.bitsavers.org/pdf/remex/...00_RFD2000_Diskette_Technical_Manual_1979.pdf have a damaged wheel that presses the diskette against the rotor,
likely the pastic got brittle over the years.

Is this a known issue with this drive, is there a cure (maybe a 3D printable part) out there?

Or any other ideas?

How does this plastic part attach to the shaft that has the Cir-Clip on it?
Is it molded onto the shaft or is it removable? It appears to be removable from
the Parts Schematic.

Do you have all the parts for a complete Hub assembly that you could Superglue
back in place for a complete pattern? It should be easy enough to Print a replacement
part.
