...that they want to turn into a little money?

Two or three port unit would be fine, but, would consider a larger unit.
Cable sets would be nice too (PS/2 connections, I have the adaptors for my older stuff)

I've discovered that I just have too many vintage systems to test them out one-at-a-time and thought I'd see if anyone had an un-used one that they wanted to sell before going out to one of my suppliers.

PM me with what you have and what you want for it.

TIA.

Small automatic KVM switches (for two computers) are dirt cheap to buy new. But beware of the very cheapest models, as they appear to lack in bandwidth which can result in a blurry, shimmering display if you operate in high refresh frequencies.

I have a Zonet KVM3102, and I'm less than happy about it. Not only is the bandwidth too low, it also freezes on certain key combinations, most often when I use Emacs. I suppose it could cause problems for a gamer who uses similar key combinations too. Some day I might shop around for a slightly more expensive model, but one would like to see it in action before buying, even if it only costs $50-70.

I recommend the Belkin Omniview SE 4port (part #F1d104). The unit has great bandwidth for high resolution and has a port where you can connect another 3 units for up to 16 machines. You have PS2 ports and a cool trick where machines that need serial mice connect to a serial port that gets data from the PS2 mouse. I have a number of old 386/486 machines that share a MS optical mouse (using PS/2 adapter) as if it was a serial mouse. Cables are seperate but can be founf cheaply on ebay (get some with decent shielding). I have 2 units in my lab and a Belkin 4 port SOHO in my room (swicthes sound and mic inputs so my 4 game machines use the same speakers), that unit is PS/2 or USB but not both at the same time.
