Apple ii - Creating bootable disk from a .dsk file

Hi,

I am trying to get an Apple II Europlus to run Apple Pascal but first need to get the .dsk image file from my PC onto an Apple format disk.

The Apple does not have a serial card but does have Disk II card and single drive.

I can upload the .dsk images onto an online emulator and they seem to boot fine.

Some guidance on how to get the two boot image disks across onto the ii Europlus would be appreciated or how to write GCR Apple ii disks on a PC.

Also any ideas how to get said ii Europlus to read /write 8" 3740 disks or even 5.25" MFM disks? I presume that I need a special disk controller.
