Looking for any documentation on these:

I was able to scan what I had from a Computer Reset NIB unit (Buffalo XL), but there was no DIP switch reference. I did take a picture of the DIP switches as they exist and put the JPG in the Archive page, so please click on that to view. (If anyone also keeps archives of computer hardware PDFs like Bitsavers, please feel free to put that PDF there.)

I'm frankly surprised there was no manual in the box, but there were plenty of advertisements, and it was NIB, practically sealed.

I see on the first page, there is at the bottom: "Melco Inc.". Melco was big in the embroidery software business--and one of our customers. Is that just a stick-on label?

That particular Melco, founded in 1975 is a Japanese company that changed its name in 2003 to Buffalo. It's still in existence, but as far as I can tell, doesn't manufacture or support printer buffers any more and has nothing to do with embroidery--mostly server and LAN stuff now.

The embroidery "Melco", founded in 1972, is still in business and still is in the embroidery racket.

Some jumper attachments from auctions that I’ve found.
