Well I guess I will start with the not so obsoletes (well they still are) and work my way down.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dell Optiplex GX-100 (Runs Windows 98)

Dell Dimension 133 mhz (Runs Windows (98)

IBM Aptiva Eseries 301 380 mzh (Runs Windows ME and quite well)

4 IBM Eduquests model 50 (I love these things)

IBM ps/2 30 (My very first pc ever and still runs)

Compudyne 486 (Came out of School Garbage) Was nonworking but is working now.

3 packard bells (486') Varies in speeds.

4 AT old computer cases with 486 100mhz boards in them

Compaq Deskpro 386

2 digital Decstation 333c

Ast Advantage Pentium 75

Protek Pentium 90 pc

10 Data General 486 33mhz pc's

10 IBM clones no name pc's

Just got 2 color Macintosh LC III (Out of School Garbage) Working. Not to found of Macs and might go to the Salvation Army.

Premier 386 Celebrity 386 (Pizza Box type)

An Eseries PC

All pc's were working last I checked about a month ago. Some run different versions of dos (My favorite operating system) I know I'm from the stone age. Some Windows NT, Some Windows 95, 98, ME as I said above etc. As stated, some come out of school garbages, some thrift storees, and some auctions. I like getting junk pc's and putting faster boards in them. I started this hobby after taking A+ classes in college when our instructor told us we needed to get a junk computer to practice on. Still haven't taken the A+ test yet but have completed all college study relating to it. Now if I could just find an entry level job in the computer field I would be happy. I am currently working at a Domestic Violence Prevention Center on there crises line.
:x Oh well, maybe one day.

Hey that's a nice collection of 486 class PC machines.
I have 2 AST Advantages with a Pentium 75Mhz and a Pentium 60.
The 486 era was great

Gah, x86. ;) We use a lot of GX150's here at work (733MHz. P3). Pretty solid little machines.

Wow, what a collection!!! Is the Deskpro 386 the 1986 version (the one that beat IBM to the punch for 386-class machines?) If it is, what would you part with it for (IF you would part with it?)

Thanks in advance for your attention,
WayneT

That collection sounds like mine about a year or so back before I decided to move. At one time I had around 30 IBM Compatibles around the house both working, non-working, complete, and incomplete. I'm amazed the parent let me keep that much computer stuff in the shed. I had an entire wall of PC's, had they all been out there at once. Just like yours, they were all being hot-rodded.

WayneT, I've been following a few of your posts, did the 86' style Deskpro 386 really come in a 33 MHz version, the only ones I'm aware of are the 16, 20, and 25 MHz versions.
