UPDATE: This computer has been claimed!
Free to anyone who can pick up this behemoth! This computer came out of a hospital years ago and was "de-installed" so I have no idea what, if anything, is on it. I know very little about it, except that it has been sitting in a garage (carport) for many years in Tucson, AZ and has therefore been exposed to heat and dust. It probably weighs about 300 pounds - if nothing else, the frame would make a great rolling rack for rack-mounted systems.
The computer has a physically large hard drive, a 9-inch(?) tape drive, a 220V power supply (I believe) and stands about five feet tall. And is on wheels. I plugged it in once and connected an ASCII dumb terminal to the console port and turned it on and it got to some kind of prompt. I typed "b" and hit return and it seemed to be doing something, but never came back. That was years ago - I don't know if it still does that much. The hard drive may be toast by now.
If interested, please contact me at kwooda@netzero.net. Thanks!
