Dec microfiche documentation PDP11

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately I don't have any pdp system...
But I've got some historical digital pieces including
these DEC microfiche documentations...
There are a few hundreds of these dia look a likes...



I really would like to scan them, but it seems my scanner doesn't have
the quality to do this. Someone have any idea's?

But on the other hand, it might be information you already have...?
