eBay Find...

May I ask what kind of work you were doing 25 years ago on these? That would be like ~1987?

Actually, it was approximately 1982-87. Our team was developing power control consoles with embedded Z8000 CPU's, color graphics and custom control surfaces.

Looks like a good deal for anyone in the Chicago area. When I bought my 11/23 it was the same deal, PDP-11/23 with two RL drives and a RX floppy but had to be picked up in person only. That affected the price and got the whole mess for just over $300. Still have my other deal going for the two 11/34 systems but being in Pittsburg they are only half the distance for me. Unfortunately looks like that’s delayed until early July. Will be interesting to watch that EBay auction, who knows if it's cheap enough may be worth a twenty hour drive! Buying this junk is a sickness.

Dam! This guy got all the stuff we sit around and dream about, well at least me maybe the rest of you have normal dreams. That 11/45 is worth driving twenty hours for. I am starting to consider bidding, just hope the stuff sells high and I don’t get it but blinkey light systems are getting to be far and few between. The 11/45 wasn't listed yesterday and seeing what just been listed have to wonder if there will be more tomorrow.
Got a couple other deals in the works and if all this worked out can open my own museum and then some. At that rate will have to add another room with raised floor and loading dock just for the Dec stuff.

Looks like he has several pdp-11 related items of interest. It's too far for me to consider and I don't have
the vehicle to take big stuff like this any more. I hope someone finds a home for most/all of the pdp-11 stuff.
