EGA question

Gang,

Question: Has anybody ever seen an IBM EGA card with the daughter card that adds more memory and allows hi resolution color graphics?

Comment: It seems that there aren't any websites with drivers for the non-IBM EGA cards (which sometimes have 256K of memory) that Re-PC is always selling on ebay (no drivers included).

Question: How about FTP sites for that?

I have one of the IBM EGA cards with the daughter card. For a total of 256K ?
I think this does allow hi-res graphics in some applications/games. I recall SIMCITY
had an option for EGA cards with extra memory.
