Little update. I got another 512 kB SRAM card. This is formatted in a way that my Windows XP running Thinküad T60 can read/write on it. But not HP200LX and not Poqet can read it. After finding out how to format the 512 kB card in that way that it is compatible to XP again, I will try to format it in the Palmtops. I checked also the two Poqet cards, 64 kB and 2 MB with the T60, this one detects the 64kB card as an unknown memory card and asks for a driver and it can't find one in WIndows update. The 2 MB card (which still works fine in the HP) is even not detected by SP as a device, there is not even the typical plug&play sound XP plays usually when hardware is changed. Maybe if I would have the driver for the 64 kB card, I might be able to access on it?
