I find my RA92 much easier to move around compared to an RA81 or RA90. Is an RA82 the same basic size/weight as an RA80?

Especially like the 1/2 the weight. :)

I realize I'm taking my life in my hands to have the gall to suggest good pricing on something... but I stumbled across this UDA50 cable set today that didn't look too bad. Might be of interest to some of you considering hooking up your RA series drives.

That does look like reasonable pricing if you need one of those cable sets, considering that they aren't ripping you off with the shipping.

Also, I have dealt with this vendor ( from Maryand so you know they're honest !). I've bought much DEC stuff from them, and while they do charge me sales tax, they also accept lower best offers often and guarantee many parts to be working. They also often throw in free shipping.
