Don’t do it kid, the thrill of running a discreet component processor beats a LSI any day! If you sell off your Unibus and go to Qbus you will one day regret it. If you can’t be talked out of it at least try a 03 or 23 16 bit system and stay away from the 22 bit stuff. Unibus may be a huge pain to get working , have stupid jumpers and grant cards that require more effort then the Qbus stuff, cost more and weighs more then Qbus but after all if it were easy would you still be doing it? They have excellent virtual PDP emulators all over the net but there’s no way some stupid simulation can compare to two hundred pounds of transformers, fourteen and sixteen pin chips and huge whirring cooling fans sucking down a couple thousand watts.
