HP Compaq dc7100 5 beeps and Red LED Blinking

I've tried reseating the ram and using different ram but that had no effect. I've also tried resetting the cmos battery.

I've tried Kingston DDR 1 512MB 266 MHz 2.5 Volt Ram and Samsung 1GB DDR 1 PC2100 Ram.
