HP Vectra RS20c RS25 Questions Here?

Is this the right place to post a question about an old HP Vectra RS20c / RS25 ?
I need a setup disc to configure bios since this old computer wont enter bios using any keys pushed during startup. HP Museum has old discs that were backed up using teledisc.
I have yet to be able to make one that the old computer boots from. Cant run setup at all.

Also I might be having problem because I am using high density disks, I just found some info that says to put tape over a hole on the floppy.

Nevermind,
The stinking piece of tape over the left hole made the High density disc look like a low density disc to the computer and it now works flawlessly. Two years working on this thing and it comes down to a stinking piece of tape.
I really do appreciate your willingness to help anyway. Maybe my trials will help someone else.
