Information on an ATI EGA Wonder dongle thingy?

Heyo,
Not sure what it's called, but the manual for the ATI EGA Wonder says that it's compatible with the Compaq Portable using an "optional expansion module".
Does anyone have any information, pictures, schematics, etc about said module? Thanks!

PC Magazine 22 Dec 1987 shows an image of the card. It is very simple. I extracted the image just to make things easy.

Does the the more compact later revision of this card still need the module to be compatible with the compaq portable? I was under the impression it did not.

I often look on eBay at Compaq Portable to see if any have a non-standard video card, but so far I haven't found one. It would be cool to find one of these cards in a system though, so that someone could maybe make a clone of the adapter.

I've got the original compaq EGA card, so I don't really NEED one of these, but it would definitely increase the options for EGA in a portable.

I’d buy a copy of the adapter, but my tech skills are pretty null for this sorta thing.
