Intel Intellec 8 development system key missing

I’ve recently picked up an Intellec 8, however, unfortunate, it’s missing the key for powering up. Could someone provide me with a good picture of both sides of the key so I can fabricate a replica?

Its an 8080 based one, unfortunately not an 8008.

Bring it to a real lock smith. They can create a key for not too much. I took my lock, from a Nicolet NIC-80 ( Nicolet 1080 ),
a number of years back, he made 2 keys for $15.
It is hard to find real lock smiths anymore. Most can just copy a key.
Mine was one of those round keys.

Hold up, you own a Nicolet?
Wow, I own one too, the 1070 with a Tape drive Interface and the tape drive.
I’ll make a post about it as soon as I get around to it.

That is the same key that we use in the vending machines and most self-serve soda machine. Pepsi to be exact. Easy to pick, easy copy, easy to rekey.
Your locksmith may have the key you need in stock.

The round barrel key, Ace Lock, are far more difficult.
