Prowling through the eBay listings, I see a lot of "Powers on; no further test". I've been stung on that one before. So hoping perhaps someone has a 200 MB SQ5200C that actually works for sale... I've got the working 44 and 88 MB models, but my 200 MB doesn't work.

Sorry Chuck, Turns out I had a shelf full of the removable media not drives. Probably a drive or two somewhere as well. 4 X 270MB and 5 X 105MBIMG_20231218_163638.jpg

Wrong kind of media, sorry. I'm after the 5.25" stuff (44MB/SQ400, 88MB/SQ800, 200MB/SQ2000)
I believe that yours is the later 3.5" line.
I still have a Sparq 1GB drive in media in its bubble pack. I think I used it once to see if it still worked.

Sorry I misremembered what I have. My media collection is a bit large and unrully at this point. Ill just post these online and see if anyone bites. been on my book shelf for years.

I admit that I was a bit surprised when you said you had Syquest media available. The 5.25" drives were SCSI and mostly popular with Macintosh owners for that reason. I didn't figure you as a Mac person.

Well ironicaly if you can read the labels.. these removeable carts were used on power PC macs. so i guess your right.

And no.. im not a Mac person.
