Looking for Microsoft FORTRAN Version 4.0 disk image

Disk #1 of my Microsoft FORTRAN v4.0 set has gone bad. I've searched everywhere on the Internet and can't seem to find a copy. If anyone has it, I'll gladly trade any disk images out of my collection for the files on the corrupted disk. Thanks!
