It appears that someone has found themselves in possession of a hard drive with a complete backup of the Infocom shared network drive from 1989!

I've just spent a fascinating hour going through it all. Rights and wrongs aside, what a great historical artifact! Of even more value was an insight into the creative process at work especially in the draft scenarios of Milliways. What twisted minds.. :D

It was amazing to see all those Infocom writers (the names you saw on the game credits) come out of the woodwork. Another example of how the Internet shrinks the world, and that we do really do live in a global village.
