MDA CTR screen issue

I'm looking for guidance in regard of what I need to look into to fix this screen - I am familiar with the dangers of CRT so I am looking for pointers in what to read/watch before attempt any repairs, or perhaps someone has seen this screen already

Attached are some image issues, I understand that one issue is _over scan_, but I also the screen seems to be "rotated clockwise"

I tried different MDA cards and all of them behave the same, so my guess is the the screen needs some work.

Any pointers will be appreciated on how to approach this repair!

I wonder if your deflection yoke coil on the neck of the tube is loose and slid back. See if it can be pushed forward slightly and tilted straight. There is a ring clamp on the neck to tighten in place.
Adjust it while powered off or stay away from the coil wires, it will give a bite.
