Having bought some Perkin Elmer 550 terminals I decided I needed something to connect them up to.
When my place of work scrapped their Perkin Elmer 3210 computer 25 years ago I rescued the control panel.
Well 25 years later and a Raspberry Pi can fit into the console so I decided it was time to recreate the 3210
.
I used the Interdata SIMH emulator running OS/32 and then wrote a python program to control the panel switches and LED's.
Next job it to restore my 550 terminals and get then hooked up to it
